Audio Meditations To Knit By

I knit so I don't kill people.

Well, not really. I like to think that I'm a bit more stable then that. But all joking aside, to me, knitting and crochet are two of  the best forms of meditation. Recently, I got the chance to deepen my meditation with some help from Ennora.com.

Ennora Audio Meditations

Ennora Binaural Beats are audio meditations that are designed to move your brain into states conducive to better health and well being, which include reducing stress and anxiety, improving focus and productivity, giving you better sleep, heightening your spirituality and more. All you have to do is listen through headphones while you relax. That's it.

Listen and relax

Of course, with the holiday knitting rush in full swing, I quickly took advantage of listening to the Perfect Sleep meditation. It's about 30 minutes long. While I would love to tell you how it ends, I have yet to make it to the end of the session. The music and sounds are soft and rhythmically soothing. As someone who has a hard time silencing the never ending 'to-do' list running through my head, I found myself quickly day dreaming which turned into a very restful sleep.

I'm considering doing the Deep Concentration meditation next as my mind is getting a little frazzled with all these WIP's piling up around me.

If you go to their website, you can try 10 minutes of meditation for free. See how you like it. Maybe it will be a good way to help bring you some calm and peace in the mist of your yarn storm. Enjoy!
