Have Hexagons, Will Travel

Just got finished enjoying the book, "Quilting On The Go:English Paper Piecing Projects You Can Take Anywhere", by the EPP goddess, Jessica Alexandrakis. I wanted to keep the book, but the library told me I had to give it back. Bummer.

If you ever wanted to learn how to do English paper piecing, this is a great introduction. I like that Jessica goes through the supplies needed and how to pack your work to easily take with you anywhere.

And if all the great photos of her wonderful patterns are not enough, she even shows you how you can create your own designs.

Oh, English paper piecing is sooo up my alley. I'm itching to try my hand at making a hexagon quilt. But before I jump ahead of myself, I need to finish the quilts I've already started.

I encourage you to go see more of Jessica's EPP goodness over at her blog, Life Under Quilts
