Many people think that you need to invest a lot of money in order to start quilting, or at the very least you need a sewing machine, rotary cutter and mat. Well, while those are nice things to have, you don't need any of it to start creating your first quilt. Here is a great blog post I found from 52 Quilters that explains it well:
